6 Baby Bedding Brands That Make Gorgeous Crib Sheets
We’re all about gorgeous baby bedding. Playing with textiles is one of the fun parts about decorating a nursery. Unlike wall colors and furniture, crib bedding doesn’t require much commitment or $$$, so you can switch things up as much as you want to!
Here are some of our favorite crib sheets for your baby’s nursery. Grab one… or one of each!
Rookie Humans is all about sheets inspired by tiny dreamers. They collaborate with amazing artists who bring their interpretation of dreamland, so each sheet tells a unique story. We love the simple line drawings and watercolors of Frieda & The Balloon and The Moon’s Birthday, both illustrated by Swantje Hinrichsen.
We love the whimsical Swedish designs of Garbo & Friends. Their sheets are inspired by Flora & Fauna – if I were a baby napping in one of these, I guarantee you that my dreams will take place in an enchanted forest with lots of fairies and pixie dust and harmonizing woodland creatures. Our favorite is Fauna, pictured above.
Camomile London’s elegant designs will put your master bedroom to shame. Their crib sheets and duvets come in the loveliest prints and color palette – think muted pink, gray, mustard yellow, navy – and made with 100% cotton. After a night in these sheets, your baby might start calling you ma-mah and request afternoon tea instead of breastmilk.
If you’re all about modern design, you’ll adore Olli+Lime’s dichromatic sheets. Daring red? Boring. Serene blue? Blah. Happy yellow? Yuck. The Absence of Color and The Absence of Light? STUPENDOUS! What a statement! Their graphic prints include crosses, triangles, and deer. Everything is made ethically in the USA, with 100% cotton percale and twill, and no toxic substances.
Elizabeth Ivie wanted to keep her baby’s gender a surprise, and – no surprise here – when it came to decorating the nursery she realized that there was nothing cute and gender neutral in stores.
So she decided to create her own line of baby bedding... from scratch! She designs the prints, paints them onto the fabric, and sews everything up. We love her unique and playful designs (Cacti! Whales! Freeform Arrows!) and can’t just pick one favorite, so make sure to check out the whole collection.
Madly Wish specializes in timeless, heirloom-quality pieces. There are 3 sets in their luxurious bedding collection – Birch Floral (pictured above), featuring a stunning Rifle Paper Co print; Carousel, a gender-neutral print with horses and foliage in neutral pops of color; and Painted Stripes, pretty and understated.
